The Citco Banks' Trailer Fee Administration is a service that automatically manages clients' billing, collection and payment of trailer fees. The service includes taking care of all the paperwork and negotiations. In addition, the Citco Banks' proprietary technology manages the entire trailer fee process and reconciliation lifecycle between all parties. Currently, the Banks track in excess of 13,000 funds eligible for trailer fees, based upon distribution agreements negotiated with approximate 150 fund providers. As a complementary service, they offer administration (billing, collection and reconciliation) of clients own existing distribution agreements ('White Labeling').
