The Court Register Act 2019 was amended in April 2019. The Act requires legal entities registered in Croatia to register their email address.

On the 7th of August 2020, President Muhammadu Buhari assented to the Companies and Allied Matters (“CAMA”) Bill 2020 which was recently passed by the National Assembly. 

Like most countries in the EU, Slovakia has been working on ensuring compliance with the 4^th EU AML Directive. Slovakia’s current political leaders have put more emphasis on legal entities to ensure that they are not in breach of the Act No.297/2008 Collection of Laws on the Prevention of Legalization of Proceeds of Criminal Activity and Terrorist Financing (the AML Act).

Saudi Arabia has recently published significant changes to the Companies Law. There is no date set for implementation of the changes; however, it is expected by 2021.
