The Citco group of companies to help raise vital funds for Covid-19 hunger relief as a proud Funds 4 Food partner

22 May 2020 - Millions of people continue to be affected by COVID-19, which has disrupted economies, forced school closures and prompted unprecedented job losses and health risks across the globe. To widen our support for those affected, the Citco group of companies (Citco) is proud to share the details of our sponsorship of Funds 4 Food, the online fundraiser for charities focused on COVID-19 hunger relief.

Taking place between June 15th and July 2nd via videoconference, Funds 4 Food will facilitate a series of one-to-one private capital introduction meetings between alternative investment managers and some of the most prestigious allocators in investing, including Brown University, Cambridge University, Yale University and the Hewlett Foundation.

As more communities and families turn to food banks for help, initiatives such as Funds 4 Food are proving increasingly crucial. Citco is pleased to offer its support, as the sole fund administrator sponsoring the event, which will provide essential food supplies to those in need. We also congratulate Claudia Bertolino, Head of Business Development, Citco Fund Services (USA) Inc., who has joined the advisory board at Funds 4 Food. Together, we will help reduce the number of families who go hungry during this crisis.

All proceeds generated through manager registrations will be distributed to charities providing hunger relief for victims of COVID-19, including World Central Kitchens, Catalyst Kitchen, Food Banks Canada, Feeding America, and the Garces Foundation.
