Update on the Citco Response to Coronavirus/COVID-19
Given the continued spread of COVID-19, The Citco Group Limited and its affiliates (“Citco”) wish to highlight the measures being undertaken as a global business to protect its talented team, while simultaneously maintaining the highest levels of client service.
Citco is following all appropriate government guidelines on safeguarding the welfare of its staff, and has business continuity plans being tested and in place across its global network to ensure our high levels of client service will continue uninterrupted. BCP and Crisis Management teams have engaged all offices worldwide to prepare for all contingencies and, as a result, they are best-placed for all eventualities.
Citco is following all appropriate World Health Organization and local government guidelines on safeguarding the welfare of its staff, including increasing staff awareness and sanitization procedures in all locations.
All business-related travel and social events have been suspended and, in addition, staff have been asked to refrain from large group gatherings outside of work such as sports, entertainment and large industry events to decrease the chances of coming into contact with the virus.
Citco continues to monitor the situation closely and detailed advice and updates will be sent to client teams as required.
