18 May 2021 - The Ministry of Finance in Poland has officially announced that the deadline to complete annual obligations has been prolonged by 3 months for private LLCs and JSCs. Such an extension is applicable to entities with a financial year ending after 29 September 2020 but not later than on 30 April 2021 and provided that FS approval was not overdue prior to 31 March 2021.
