24 July 2023 - Hedge funds achieved an overall weighted average return of 2.77% for the second quarter, taking the year-to-date return to 8.04%, with Equities and Multi-Strategy funds in the spotlight after achieving double-digit returns so far in 2023.
Almost three quarters of funds (71.54%) administered by the Citco group of companies (Citco) have achieved positive returns year-to-date, with the overall weighted average return more than double the median return of 3.94%, suggesting better performance from larger funds.
