There were material increases in middle office outsourcing in the third quarter, including double-digit growth across both collateral and trade operations.

Collateral trades climbed by almost a fifth (19%) quarter-on-quarter according to the latest figures from the Citco group of companies’ (Citco) Middle Office Solutions team, while the value of collateral trades jumped 53%. Both trade operations and treasury volumes also increased.
