Citco 2023 Q4 Hedge Fund Report – Quarterly Review

22 January 2024 - Hedge funds bounced back in the fourth quarter to end 2023 on the front foot, with an overall weighted average return of 5.9%, making it the best quarter of the year in terms of performance.

In total, 80.1% of funds administered by the Citco group of companies (Citco) achieved a positive return in Q4, with the majority of strategy types seeing positive weighted average returns across the three-month period.
