Citco appoints Anne Dolan as Global Head of Special Purpose Vehicles and Corporate Secretarial Services

London, New York, Singapore October 20, 2026 — The Citco group of companies (Citco), the leading independent asset servicer to the alternative investment sector, has announced the appointment of Anne Dolan as Global Head of Special Purpose Vehicles (SPVs) and Corporate Secretarial Services.

As alternative investment structures expand across jurisdictions, clients are managing greater governance, reporting and administrative complexity. Anne's appointment supports Citco's continued investment in expanding its legal entity management capabilities and meets growing client demand for an integrated global offering spanning SPV administration, governance and entity lifecycle services.

In this newly established position, Anne will lead the global strategy and growth of Citco's SPV and Corporate Secretarial business. Priorities include enhancing the client experience, advancing the technology underpinning service delivery, and further integrating Citco's expertise across the full legal entity lifecycle. She will further develop Citco's integrated global model, combining entity formation, governance, administration and technology-enabled reporting across all major financial centers.

Anne began her career as a corporate M&A lawyer before moving into professional and corporate services. Most recently, she served as Executive Vice President, Global Incorporations at Vistra, leading a team across 12 countries and overseeing strategic and operational initiatives in a complex, multi-jurisdictional environment. She previously held senior leadership roles at Walkers Professional Services and Intertrust, building extensive experience in SPV administration, Corporate Secretarial services, and offshore and cross-border structures for many of the world's leading alternative asset managers and corporations.
